December 31, 2011: Lan + Braeden's Wedding.

I can't believe Lan has gotten MARRIED! Only feels like a few years ago, we were both in highschool figuring out what to do with life! Braeden's a great guy and I'm so proud of this couple! This was an official Vietnamese Tradition for Lan's side of the family. It was a great experience for Braeden's parents as well!

December 30, 2011: Stephanie and Tommy's Wedding.

Hey guys! This is Stephanie and Tommy. They're an adorable couple who had a very nice and small wedding at the St. Arnold's Brewery. This was our first time shooting so we were wondering how it was going to turn out. We think we nailed it! Congratulations to Stephanie and Tommy!

December 29, 2011: Emily and Ernesto's Engagement Video.

Emily and Ernesto are extremely talented! This was really the most fun I've had in a long time at a video engagement shoot! We shot everything entirely at Discovery Green in Downtown Houston. The best part of this shoot was that the groom had a shot list and a story board all in place. They knew exactly what they wanted with some gaps for me to fill in between! This made production a breeze. This is their story.

December 17, 2011: Christina and Phong's Wedding.

Christina and Phong had some amazing weather going for them. This is kind of expected in this Houston climate. We started the day at Christina's house where she was being pampered by her bridesmaids and make up artist. The groom's family began the traditional tea ceremony outside marching gifts to the house. There was a formal meeting and then the rest of the ceremony in the house. Afterwards, there was a beautiful ceremony at Brenners on the Bayou. There were a lot of great opportunities here to capture some really nice b-roll footage. Afterwards, we had the ceremony at a beautifully transformed Kim Son. Congratulations to Christina and Phong on their beautiful wedding!

December 02, 2011: Victoria and Raul's Engagement Shoot.

Victoria and Raul are highschool sweethearts and proud of it. Which is why these engagement portraits were taken at their high school. It was so wonderful shooting these two after school. There was just some kind of magic in the air. It was definitely an amazing experience!

November 26th, 2011: Jenna and Richard's Wedding.

I've known Richard since high school. I couldn't be more proud of him when he found THE ONE. I was even more excited when he asked me to cover his wedding! Things started off really nice and calm at Richard's house where they got ready. Afterwards, they had not one but two traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremonies at both the bride's family and the groom's family's house. The weather was on and off pouring that day, so getting around was definitely a challenge. We then continued to Vietnamese Martyrs for a traditional Catholic Ceremony where the two began their lives together under God. There was a bit of a time crunch because there were upwards of 1,000 guests at their reception! They had a great red and white color combination that decorated Kim Son. Congratulations to Jenna and Richard!

Ashley and Andrew are such a beautiful couple together. They were married at Bell Tower on 34th and it was just so beautiful! They had a very quaint ceremony with close family and friends. The room was flipped after the ceremony to accomodate a full reception. Congratulations to Ashley and Andrew!

November 19th, 2011: Lien and Jimmy's Wedding.

Lien and Jimmy began their wedding day at the Alden Hotel where they started getting ready for their big day. Dresses were steamed and cufflinks were buckled as their morning routines flew by. After they got ready, we went to the lobby for a first look photo. Afterwards, we took some portraits at the beautiful Co Cathedral Catholic Church in Downtown Houston. The traditional Catholic Ceremony took place and they promised their lives to one another in the eyes and the house of God. Following their lovely ceremony, we tried to take some photos at Discovery Green but Mother Nature had other plans for us. It was raining on and off that day and we were unfortunate enough to not match the weather's schedule. We then went to Kim Son Bellaire. When we first walked in, I had to walk outside and double check to see if I was in the right venue! She transformed it so well! Lien and Jimmy had a beautiful reception! Congratulations!
