June 26, 2011: Lisa and Mike's Engagement Portraits.

So after a fun filled day on Saturday's wedding, we ventured out the next day to Dallas, Tx! This is the home of Lisa and Mike. They showed me a couple of AMAZING backdrops that I had never been to before and I just went to town on their engagement photos. Marcella and Chris were married at St. Ann Catholic Church in Houston, Tx. They had a beautiful ceremony that was a traditional Catholic ceremony. Afterwards they had their reception at the Heights Villa.

June 11, 2011: Alison and Steve's Engagement Ceremony.

Alison and Steve had atraditional Vietnamese engagement ceremony. This is when the groom-to-be's family parades to the bride-to-be's family and share gifts and the families formally acknowledge the engagement of the couple. This is a beautiful ceremony!
